Why send your dog to a kennel when you can send them to camp!

While you are away your dog will play. They will enjoy hiking within our fully fenced forested 2 acres, playing ball and fetch, and making new friends….or they can enjoy our fully air conditioned indoor day camp.

kennelRuffin It offers a unique in home style boarding (instead of a standard kennel) in our camp cabin, located at our outdoor adventure park. Your four legged loved one will stay with Debbie and will have all their home comforts, snuggles and love they are used to! During their stay, your best friend will have the opportunity to participate in our indoor daycamp or outdoor adventure park during opening hours. Weekends will be spent with Debbie either hiking or relaxing on the farm.

Meet Debbie

Debbie joined the Ruffin’It team in 2017 with over 6 years of diversified pet industry experience.  After starting her career in 2010 as a Certified Veterinarian Assistant she decided to continue to give back by volunteering with “How to find a Puppy Dog Rescue.” She fostered rescue dogs, helping in the rehabilitation processes and assisted in the calculated placements of dogs with the perfect adoptive families. During this time she was the store manager at a downtown pet store where she continued her education and knowledge related to pet products, diets and nutrition. Most recently Debbie spent the two years before joining our team at a downtown dog daycare working the first 9 months as the overnight pet nanny moving her way up to a shift supervisor.  Since joining our team Debbie has been an extremely valuable asset utilizing he vast pet care knowledge and skill in many areas of our business. She currently oversees the operations of our Outdoor Adventure Park and In-home family style boarding services.
