Welcome to Ruffin’ It Resort, Victoria’s finest luxury pet care and dog hotel. Our exclusive 30 sq.ft. private suites offer a tranquil haven for your pets. Calming aromatherapy, combined with soothing music, helps your best friend unwind after a busy day full of customized activity. At Ruffin’ It Resort, we prioritize your dog’s comfort and familiarity. Our luxurious private suites allow your dog to bring their favorite toys and comforts from home, providing a gentle reminder of you while you’re away. We pride ourselves on creating personalized experiences to meet the individual needs of your furry companions, ensuring their stay is not just comfortable, but truly exceptional. For those of you with 2 dogs at home we have a King Size Family Suite boasting a comfortable 60 sq.ft.
Included in your Dog’s stay at Ruffin Hotel is what we like to call Stay and Play at our Indoor Doggy Daycare, where your pup can socialize with peers, develop strong social skills, and enjoy a balanced day of play and rest. Each day, your pup will also be treated to a short afternoon urban leashed walk.

Loboland: Exclusive Outdoor Adventure Park: Our private Outdoor Adventure Park, spans 2 acres of fully fenced, forested land with rolling hills. Here, your dog can run, hike, dig, sniff, and explore to their heart’s content. We offer:
- Half-day and full-day trips: Monday to Thursday
- Half-day trips only: Friday to Sunday and Holidays
Day at the Spa: Luxury Grooming Services. Our full-service Professional Dog Grooming is available seven days a week, offering everything from baths and brushes to breed-specific grooming. Treat your dog to the ultimate pampering session at our spa, ensuring they look and feel their best.
Best Friends Boot Camp: Premier Enrichment Training- Coming soon
Our Best Friends Boot Camp offers enrichment-based circuit training that enhances your dog’s mental and physical conditioning. Our boot camp includes training benefits such as learning tricks, navigating obstacles, and scent tracing, ensuring your dog receives top-tier care and enrichment.
Board & Train – Coming soon
Our certified trainer will work on your dog’s training struggles whilst they are with us. This program will allow you to meet with our trainer to discuss the training struggles you would like help with before your dogs stay. They will then create a tailor made training plan to focus on those struggles during your dogs stay with us. An in person hand over will be booked shortly after your arrival home so you can continue the training at home.
RESORT PRICING
STANDARD NIGHTLY RATES:
- $65.95 -per night per dog per suite
- $118.71- 2 dogs from the same home (family suite) at 20% off the second dog
- 10% discount for stays over 7 days
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Peak Season: Additional $10 per night per dog
- Premium Season: Additional $20 per night per dog

REFUNDS:
- Upon successful trial night, boarding request will be charged in full
- If boarding is booked and cancelled within 30 days prior to start date, 50% payment returned
- If cancelled within 14 days prior to start date, 25% payment returned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Before your best friend’s hotel stay, they must pass a daycare temperament test and complete a trial night, charged at the regular boarding fee. The trial night must be completed atleast one week prior to hotel stay. A tentative booking will be made in the schedule until trial night has been completed.
- Maintain updated vaccinations and be on an active parasite prevention program.
- Drop off at daycare before 10 AM
