Puppy Preschool
For puppies between 8-16 weeks of age at the first session.
Requirements: All attendees must be up-to-date on their DA2PP vaccination schedule and have a minimum of their 1st set of shots.
We want to utilize this critical period to start your puppy off on the right paw. This training will aid in creating a solid foundation, fostering a harmonious relationship between you and your puppy. In this class we will go over socialization, an introduction to basic life skills, and provide you with solutions to common puppy problems to help them grow up to be a confident and happy dog.
Curriculum:
Intro to basic life skills
Sit, down, recall, leave it
Puppy play + social skills
Body handling acceptance
Exploring novel sights, sounds, objects, and surfaces
Food + object guarding prevention
Solutions for biting, chewing and house training
Duration: 4 weeks
