New Campers
All campers must complete a questionnaire and service agreement followed by a 30-45min scheduled private assessment. This assessment will introduce your camper to any and all situations they will face in our day camp. Each dog will be fairly evaluated on their performance in each situation to insure the safest possible environment for all campers. If we deem this an unsuitable environment for your best friend we can recommend alternate services such as our dog walks or hikes. All campers will need proof of their core 4 vaccines and be on an active parasite program.

Add-on an Outdoor Adventure to Your Dogs Day
Provide your dog with a day to remember with a 2-hour outdoor play adventure at “Lobo Land” our fully fenced 2 acre parcel of wooded rolling landscape with seasonally running fresh spring water streams and pond.
Add-on to your dogs full-day of Indoor Day Camp for only $16.50 or buy 10 indoor/outdoor passes for $490.00.

New Service: Indoor Daycare Home Pick Up & Drop Off
Starting April 2nd, 2024, we will be providing a home pick up and drop off service for our indoor daycare! We are excited to provide this service to clients who live in: Victoria (including downtown), Esquimalt, Oak Bay, James Bay & Saanich (as far north as Royal Oak Drive), if you are unsure whether we service your area please contact us. The service is an additional $5 each way on top of the daycare rate and is available to book online via the Pet Parent Portal. You can choose either home pick up, home drop off or both depending on your needs. If we have never collected your dog from home before, we will reach out to discuss property access.
Neuter/Spay Policy:
All male dogs must be neutered by the age of 8 months to continue to take part in our indoor daycare and outdoor adventure park. We accept unspayed female dogs, but ask you to keep them home during their heat. Ruffin’lt Dog Care will not be responsible for any complication derived from an unspayed dog attending our facility during her heat.
