One of the most rewarding aspects of owning Ruffin‘it is the relationship built with so many of our customers. We are invited into your homes, introduced to your families and you trust us with your dogs, your precious family members.   You grant us the pleasure of spending valuable time with your best friends. We build on that trust every day by caring for, loving, coaching and grooming your pups while providing a fun and safe outlet for them to exercise & socialize.

Over the course of Jen’s pregnancy, we were blessed with your well wishes and thoughts. Many of you have been thinking of our family during this monumental moment in our lives and sending your prayers and your love. To know and feel that the love we share with your family is being returned to ours has been most humbling. It is another reminder and example of how rewarding our career caring for dogs really is. Thank you!

Thinking about the messages I have received, the well wishes and shout outs, gives me the confidence to share with you one of the happiest days of our lives.  Today I want to proudly introduce to you the latest member of our family and staff, our first child, a boy, Hunter Paul Campbell born Tuesday, March 25^th at Victoria General Hospital, 8lbs 13oz.

Time has allowed us to fall in love with all the dogs we care for – their personalities, their compassion, and their joy for life.  We celebrate the small victories with them, even the ones where they won the tug-a-war with a stick. Their heads are raised high, as they flaunt that stick around valiantly because, yes, they are the top dog!

That’s just how Jen and I feel today as we hug our firstborn, for the first time.  Thank you for all your support and well wishes as we move forward on this next journey through our lives.  We are sure that you and your dogs will be as much a teacher for our new little one as we are ourselves, and we look forward to bringing him up among your best friends, treated like ours.
